During the entire guarantee period our company ensures replacement for spoiled pieces without any costs from the beneficiary on the natural condition that he should respect the exploitation terms clearly specified at the systems' putting in function.
Another important aspect is that we offer guarantee for the quality of our services of implementing systems on a period of time equal to that of the equipment's guarantee. This way we protect our customers against any hidden flaw due to the possible unconformity of the execution with the project and which could have exceeded the receptions' exigency mentioned in the internal procedures or which may appear later from third causes.
