Our company considers the customer to be an active factor in exploiting designed systems, and this is why we see as especially important the training of beneficiaries' personnel for working with the implemented systems.
The training is initially made at the systems' putting in function, but resuming and improving the training of the personnel that periodically works with the system is of great importance in our relationship with the customers. We find really useful the observations and suggestions from the beneficiary and the personnel who use systems designed, provided and implemented by our company.
